Once we’ve received the defective product and confirmed it is not functioning, the return shipping cost will be refunded. The amount refunded will equal the same amount as the original shipping fee. For example, if the return shipping cost is $25, we will refund $25 back to your customer. If our technical team determines that it is not defective, iknowmyprinter.store will not compensate for that return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping cost without a valid RMA (return authorization) will be rejected.
